Please note: We can only reproduce images that you took or created. We can NOT reproduce images from professional photographers or artists without a written release from the original artist. In most instances, we can help you obtain that release. We also reserve the right to refuse any printing job and will refuse offensive work or images that are too low in resolution to print to our standards.

Slides (Positives)
We use an Imacon Flextight 848 scanner to scan your slides. Your original is returned to you with your print.
Negatives
We use an Imacon Flextight 848 scanner to scan your negatives. Your original is returned to you with your print. If you have a print of the picture, please include with the negative as coloring can vary CONSIDERABLY when using a negative as the original. NO APS negatives please.
Actual Photographs
We use either the Imacon Flextight 848 or the MicroTech Artixscan to scan in your original photograph. The better quality the photograph - the better quality your print.

Using Digital Images
If you provide a digital image, the color results will vary from your monitor. Our system is completely color calibrated -- but our system is not color calibrated to your monitor. If something looks wrong with the image (ie. a person flesh tones are blue) we'll contact you -- but if a flower is red and we print it that way, but on your monitor, it was pink - there isn't anything that we can do about that. So, please be aware that color variations will occur. Please read our Color Calibration Frequently Asked Questions page for a discussion about this topic.
