How long will my order take?

From the time we receive your complete order, including the artwork, it takes 6 - 10 business days to ship then there is shipping time. We prefer to ship UPS ground. If you need your item faster, let us know - we can usually accommodate you.

How do I mail my photograph, negative, or slide to you?

Mail your image to:

Please include the following:

Your Name
Your Address
Phone Number
E-mail Address
Your credit card information (Master Card, Visa, American Express - number, expiration date, name on the card, and the 3 digit code from the back)
An explanation of what you want to order

As soon as we receive your picture, we will let you know we have it and confirm all the information.

How do you ship the prints?

Depending on the size of the print, they are shipped either flat or rolled. When shipped flat, the prints are sandwiched between 2 pieces of fome-core, bagged in an acid free bag, and placed in a stay flat envelope. When rolled, the prints are rolled, bagged in a plastic bag and put in a Kraft tube with the ends taped. In the very rare instance that there is shipping damage, please notify us immediately and keep all shipping materials.
