For digital images, we accept .psd, .tif, .jpg. If you have a different file type, please call or to veify the image type.

I have a photograph from a professional photographer, can I use that?
Maybe. Photographs from professional photographers fall under copyright law. We must have a written release from the photographer giving us permission to copy and reproduce their photograph. We are happy to work with you to obtain the release from the photographer - but ultimately, they have the choice to say yes or no.

Do you offer any protection for canvas prints?
Yes, unless specifically requested, all canvas prints are sprayed with a UV coat and water repellent. This will help protect your canvas against any ambient moisture, dust, and harmful UV rays.

Are the prints trimmed to full bleed?
No. For canvas prints, the size you order is the size of the printed image of the canvas. There is an additional approx. 2" border around the entire canvas for stretching. For all the other types of paper, there is an approx. 0.25" border around the entire print. This makes matting and framing the print much easier. Each print is trimmed by hand and variations in the size of the border do occur.
